Locally owned and operated, Envy Experiences is led by Nigel, a true Fiordland local with more than 30 years working in Te Anau’s tourism industry. His life and career have been shaped by this landscape. He knows the roads, the weather, the history and the stories that most visitors never hear. No, this tour is partially private. The land transportation from Te Anau to Milford Sound is private — you’ll have your own vehicle and a dedicated local guide. However, the Milford Sound cruise itself is not private; you will join a small group of up to 18–22 guests aboard the luxury Fiordland Jewel. The experience is intimate and boutique, but it is not an exclusive charter unless you book the entire vessel separately.

The tour includes private door-to-door transport from your Queenstown accommodation in a luxury Tesla Model X or Y, hosted by your own knowledgeable local guide. Along the way, all scenic stops are tailored to your interests — from Mirror Lakes and the Eglinton Valley to hidden rainforest tracks and wildlife viewing.
A premium small-group cruise at Milford Sound is included, along with time to stretch and refresh in Te Anau on both the outward and return journeys. Optionally, weather permitting, you may choose to add a scenic flight back to Queenstown with one of the operator’s trusted partners.
